Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Fear' | Raffle
Few sneakers command as much respect and admiration as Jordans. Whether it’s a Jordan 1 Retro or a Jordan 11, there’s just something special about the heritage, design and carefully curated style of each shoe, which carries a piece of basketball history. Among this illustrious lineup comes the Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Fear.’
Released as part of the "Fear Pack" in 2013, the Jordan 3 Retro was one of the biggest moments for Jordan, and now we are getting a chance to relive it ten years on. The new release of this iconic sneaker pays homage to its predecessors through its unique “Night Stadium,” “Total Orange,” “Flat Pewter” and “Black” colour pallete. The classic elephant print, a hallmark of the AJ3, is present on both the mudguard and the heel overlays. The subdued upper is a fitting background for its bold accents of orange throughout the sneaker.
As with many Air Jordans, the 'Fear' edition transcends its utility as sports sneaker and has become a cultural symbol.
The Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Fear’ drops on Friday, the 15th of December 2023 and will be available via live store and online raffle. The sneaker is available in men’s sizes sizes via in-store live raffle at 9:00am in our CPT & JHB store along with an online raffle from our online store which opens tonight (the 13th of December) for 1 hour between 19:00- 20:00. STORE - LIVE RAFFLE
Live store raffles take place on Friday, 15th of December in Johannesburg and Saturday, 16th of December in Cape Town. Armbands handed out at 9:30am, raffles start at 10:00am.
1. Arrive at Shelflife CPT or JHB before 9:30am.
2. Shelflife employees will hand out Raffle arm bands from 8:30 am to 9:30 am when the live raffle draw begins. No participants can join the line after 9:30 am.
3. You must have a valid ID/passport with a matching credit/debit card in order to purchase.
4. If your number gets called, you gain access to the store to purchase one of the released sneakers. Please note sizes are limited and Shelflife cannot guarantee pairs or sizes. Only one entrant may enter and cannot be accompanied by anyone. Entrants must be over the age of 12 years old.
5. No swapping of arm bands is permitted; broken arm bands will not be accepted.
6. 1 (one) arm band per person.
7. There are only 60 (sixty) limited edition tote bags available and limited to 1 (one) per customer.
8. Shelflife has the final say in all sales of the Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Fear’,
ONLINE RAFFLE
The online raffle opens today, the 13th of December between 19:00 pm – 20:00 pm (for 1 hour only). Winners will be contacted on the 14th of December before 12:00 pm.

1. This raffle is free and open to everyone in South Africa ONLY.
2. By entering your name, shoe size, valid bar-coded ID or Passport and email address, your name will be entered into the draw for the opportunity to buy one pair of the Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Fear’ in your size and selected colourway at the given date and time.
3. To qualify for the opportunity to purchase online, you must have a confirmed online profile/account with shelflife.co.za. To create your account, please sign up. Please ensure your account is updated with contact details and shipping information. If you have already created an account with shelflife.co.za in the past you do not need to create a new one.
4. After completing an online profile, you can enter the raffle via our dedicated link with your details from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm. If you enter multiple times you will be disqualified.
5. Your entry is valid only if the following requirements are met:
• You have a valid Shelflife account with an email address matching the one used for the raffle entry
• Your valid delivery address is saved to the Shelflife account before entering the raffle.
• You have not entered multiple times with the same name, email address or ID number.
• You are residing in South Africa.
6. The winners will be drawn randomly, and contacted at 12:00 pm on Thursday, the 14th of December, via email only (please ensure the email you created for your online profile matches your online competition form). Online Raffle Winners will have until Friday, the 15th of December to make payment for their online order.
7. Successful entrants will be eligible to purchase the size they have selected ONLY in the online raffle form and must settle payment in full prior to receiving their pair.
8. Each successful entrant will have the right to purchase one pair of the Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Fear’ in the size they indicated on their entry. Entrants may not swap sizes nor request another size than the one they indicated in their entry.
9. Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Fear’ is R3899 and is payable via online order only. All info is contained in the winning email.
10. The limited edition tote bags are only available to our in-store raffle winners.
11. Shelflife has the final say in all sales of the Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Fear’.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for this product.
Any customer who does not pay without notice will be removed from future raffles.
