Not seen since its creation 20 years ago, Nike's Air Ghost Racer is returning to Shelflife on the 27th of July. This ties in perfectly with the current trend of updating archival models that harness futuristic details, as the return of the Ghost Racer sees sees a number of panels in leather and nylon mesh, all matched with metallic TPU overlays.
As this was originally intended for marathon training and long-distance running, the sneaker features a full-length Duralon BRS-1000 midsole and a Zoom Air heel unit. For added structural support, faux carbon fiber inlays are joined at the arch and heel portions of the shoe. Aggressively styled, the first colourway sees a ‘Volt’ and White colourway that really captures the eye. Black, Red and Grey hits are seen throughout the model for a strong contrast.
