Boston-based New Balance and premier sneaker boutique, Sneaker Politics, have joined forces for the release of the limited edition Sneaker Politics x New Balance “Case 999.”
With Sneaker Politics being known to work with Reebok frequently, a different route is being taken as they give their own twist to the New Balance 999 model by gaining inspiration from the store’s home of Louisiana and the TV series True Detective.
Rich navy suede and supple brown leather come together across the upper, as paisley print covers the tongue to draw further attention to the collaborative kicks. A white midsole breaks things up underneath, while the shoe comes equipped with a trio of laces: white, red and blue.
This new limited edition sneaker will drop at Shelflife this coming weekend and will be available in store as well as online for the retail price of R2699.00
