adidas Battle Pack Collection
In anticipation for the 2014 FIFA World Cup, adidas Football unveiled the performance Battle Pack; a five-piece release consisting of the consisting of the Adizero F50, Predator Instinct, Nitrocharge,1.0, 11Pro and the Adizero 50 Messi.
Accompanying the performance Battle Pack, adidas Originals further released a Lifestyle pack, dressing five popular adidas Originals silhouettes with similar designs and motifs.
Featuring in the pack, the Samba, Superstar 80s, ZX 500, Stan Smith and the Rivalry Hi boast a blend of premium materials, with each silhouette sporting a combination of black and white graphic uppers inspired by both the traditional war paint used in native South American tribes and the mosaic-style patterned paving outside Rio's famed Copacabana promenade.
Subtle bursts of colour adorn each shoe, with the yellow-orange hues resembling the coveted FIFA World Cup Trophy, while the Superstar 80s Messi carrying an additional blue hue that pays homage to the Argentinean flag.
