New Balance and premier Mexican fashion designer Ricardo Seco join forces to debut their latest lifestyle collaboration, the New Balance 574 by Ricardo Seco. Seco has showcased New Balance on his runway for the past four seasons, and this release marks the first collaboration to hit retail. Inspired by Seco’s passion and captivating runway designs, the new 574 collection pays homage to Seco’s vibrant Mexican heritage.
The New Balance 574 by Ricardo Seco collection features multi-coloured, U.S. patent pending molded beading available in three bold colourways. Prominent patterns and symbols adorn the classic 574 silhouette, to celebrate Mexico’s diverse art and design culture. The 574 tongue and foxing are done in a premium nubuck, and feature a rich leather tongue lining. The shoe includes a co-branded New Balance and Ricardo Seco insert, and will be sold in a striking graphic shoebox inspired by the shoe beading.
