Man Runs a Full Marathon on his Balcony During Lockdown

While the lockdown might be getting you down, one man in France didn’t let it stop him. Well, not completely at least. During lockdown in his own city, Elisha Nochomovitz ran the length of a full marathon - only on his apartment's balcony of 7m. Back and forth, he ran a total of 42.2km only on his balcony, never leaving it to take a break. It took him 6 hours and 48 minutes, with the fear that his neighbours would complain about his pounding footsteps. Elisha says he did it pay tribute to medics and show it’s possible to stay fit at home. He also wanted to thank his girlfriend for giving him support and M&Ms throughout, as well as his understanding neighbours. How are you going to stay active at home this lockdown?
