ASICS Tiger and HAL presents the "SILVERSCREEN"

Continuing the 25th anniversary celebration of the GEL-LYTE III, ASICS Tiger and Highs and Lows have collaborated on a new project, inspired by the iconic art-deco landmark - Perth cinema house, The Astor.

The Astor Theatre is located in Mt. Lawley, a suburb of Perth Australia, which also happens to be the home of renowned boutique HIGHS AND LOWS. The design of the GEL-LYTE III ‘SILVERSCREEN’ incorporates the soft mint pastel and contrasting red of the building’s exterior.

The upper features a mix of a light shade of mint on the toe box and ankle collar, whilst a darker shade of mint sits in between. Mismatched stripes, with a very light shade of mint/aqua on the lateral side and burgundy on the medial side, add a bit more pop.

A mix of materials, including garment leather, nubuck, suede and cracked leather gives the shoe a premium look and feel, which is rounded off with an art-deco style pattern on the heel and matching dubrae. A clean white midsole adds some contrast down below, whilst an icy outsole finishes off the look.

The ASICS Tiger x High and Lows “Silverscreen” will be available in-store at Shelflife on the 31st of October for the retail price of R2599.00
