This week we really took it back to the streets and linked up with Adiel Faure from Faureal Car Hire and Tours. He took us through his journey in the car industry and let us take a look at one of his favourite low riders, all whilst rocking the full Carhartt WIP Onyx Collection which has just landed at Shelflife.
SL: Who are you? Tell us a bit about yourself?
AF: I'm Adiel Faure, the owner of Faureal Car Hire and Tours. Faureal Car Hire and Tours, Cape Town’s foremost destination for the ultimate classic and exotic car rental experience and unforgettable tours. With a singular focus on providing an exceptional chauffeur-driven car hire service, we take pride in curating a fleet of classic, modern, and super cars that are perfect for every special occasion, including weddings, matric dances, transfers, photo shoots, commercials, film shoots, and captivating tours.
SL: When and how did Faureal start?
AF: Faureal started in 2021 when I decided to offer my classic cars for weddings and shoots since I received an overwhelming amount of requests for my vehicles. My love for classic cars allowed me to share my passion with others and offer unique experiences for people.
SL: How do you decide which cars to stock?
AF: Every person has his or her own individual taste in cars. For this reason we stock an array of vehicles to try and cater to each person's needs.
SL: What do you think is so significant about celebrating big moments in a special car?
AF: Celebrating big moments in a special car adds a touch of luxury and glamour, making the experience even more memorable and significant.
SL: What do you hope people take away from their experience with you guys?
AF: I hope people take away unforgettable memories and a sense of joy from their experience with Faureal Car Hire and Tours.
SL: What is your dream car?
AF: My dream car is 1967 lincoln Continental convertible .
SL: What’s your favourite song to drive to?
AF: My favorite song to drive to in my 1964 Chevrolet Impala is Still Dre by Dr Dre or Ice Cube - You know how we do it. The right music enhances the driving experience and adds to the overall enjoyment of the ride
SL: What’s next for you and for Faureal?
AF: The future holds exciting opportunities for Faureal. We aim to expand our fleet, introduce new services, and continue providing unparalleled experiences for our clients.
