Motion Bandits Skateboard Art Gallery Exhibition
Motion Bandits Skateboard Art Gallery Exhibition in Support of Ladles of Love. The exhibition features hand painted and crafted skateboards by a selection of skilled local artists in aid of the remarkable Ladles of Love charity.
The motivation of this exhibition is to showcase our love for skate culture and elevate an art form that is usually reserved for the streets to a Gallery level. This project was born from the enthusiastic community who met at @CityBowlPark skate and created events. The exhibition aims to honour skate culture by giving back to the community. In addition, the event hopes to push emerging artists into the spotlight by having them exhibit next to more established artists for the sake of benefitting all.
The exhibition opens this Saturday, 18 September from 2pm with Vinyl Djs. The exhibition will run until the 7th October. GalleryOne11 - 111 Loop Street Cape Town, 8000.
