#HomeTeamHero adidas Campaign Gives Back

For countless weeks frontline workers have stepped up, took charge, and have been making a real difference. Now, through the #HOMETEAMHERO Challenge adidas is offering a way to give back and say thank you to all those heroes who never stopped moving for us.

The #HomeTeamHeroChallenge is an open invitation to the brands’ teammates around the world to rally and dedicate their workouts for good. From 29 May – 7 June, for every hour of tracked activity, adidas will donate US$1to the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the World Health Organisation(WHO), with the goal of reaching one million hours. That’s one million hours together. One million hours dedicated to those who are working to keep us safe.

Bringing together the adidas global community of athletes to take part, the challenge is enabled by the collaboration between multiple activity tracking apps, including Garmin, Zwift, Polar, Suunto, JoyRun and the brands own suite of performance platforms – adidas Running and adidas Training – which will also house an extended selection of Guided Workouts led by top athletes such as FC Bayern’s David Alaba, Ultrarunner Sabrina Stanley and Wales’ rugby star George North.

The adidas #HomeTeamHero Challenge starts this Friday 29 May right from the safety of your home! Download one of the various tracking apps to get ready! Find out more here!
