adidas Equipment Support Adv

adidas continues to put out incredible lifestyle offerings outside the empire of Primeknit and Boost, and a lot of that has to do with the revisiting and remixing of their iconic adidas Equipment line.

After its initiation in 1991 the adidas EQT range found instant approval amongst athletes as well as sneaker enthusiasts alike. It has been praised for its technological advancements and timeless design that has effortlessly held up over the past 25 years. EQT is a prime example and case study for the gradual transition of performance based styles into a fashion context and sneaker culture.

Now in 2016 EQT takes a bold new direction with a considered shift towards lifestyle. Under the Trefoil banner the EQT ADV Support 910 is a reinterpretation, an update and upgrade fully aligned with modern sneaker aesthetic; slim, lightweight and versatile as well as deliberate in its colour options.

This modern rework of the successfully-reissued training silhouette combines a mesh, sock-fit upper with fused overlays and a plastic heel cage. The DNA of the original design is still very much present, with the woven three stripes branding retaining their place on the shoe's flanks, while the Support's distinctive midsole takes on a more sculpted form for extra modernity. Triple white and black colourways let this exceptional design do the talking.

The adidas Equipment Support Adv will drop at Shelflife on the 23rd of July 2016 for the retail price of R2099.00.
