adidas Consortium Deerupt
This month, adidas Originals’ new Deerupt silhouette receives the adidas Consortium treatment to create a premium rendition of the deconstructed running model.
In keeping with the shoe’s distinctive blend of classic and contemporary from design to tech, this Consortium edition of the Deerupt presents an elevated take on the shoe’s original blueprint. For the upper, a flexible reverse mesh is used, combined with the Deerupt’s signature stretch netting overlay which continues across the upper and onto the midsole – a nod to the supportive mesh implemented on numerous classic adidas running models. This is then reinforced by tape details around the collar and a minimalist lacing system, placed atop a crisp white outsole.
Visually, the Consortium Deerupt sets itself apart through a striking 3-stripes mark placed across the entire shoe, Consortium-branded sockliners, and a pebbled leather heel tab with trefoil branding to complete the picture.
The adidas Consortium Deerupt will drop on Saturday the 7th of April for the retail price of R2519.00 in our CPT and JHB store via first come first serve at 10am.
