Virgil Abloh & Louis Vuitton Temporary Residency
Take a tour of Virgil Abloh's latest temporary residency in NYC that opened today. The temporary space celebrates Virgil’s Men’s FW19 collection, with the whole building covered in a crazy neon green - exterior and interior. The corner space is a real feast for the eyes, with the store front, furniture and even outside fire hydrant and more getting the neon green coating. A contrasting orange LV logo adorns the front of the store so you know you're in the right place.
The NYC residency will house select items from Abloh’s Louis Vuitton Men’s FW19 collection, in addition to new prints inspired by New York City, monogram legacy accessories, patches referencing Louis Vuitton’s archives, flag prints pointing to the diverse nationalities of studio designers, rainbow and prism leather goods, and a new version of the Skate trainer.
The residency is open from today 12 July till 21 July.
