Vince Staples x Converse Collaboration
Set to drop in a few days, the Converse x Vince Staples Collection will include a high top and low top iteration of the Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star 70 along with a pullover hoodie inspired by his 2017 album, Big Fish Theory.
The most distinguished features on the Hi and Ox Chuck 70s is the aquarium sockliner, Big Fish Theory graphic outsole and “Vince Staples” embroidered text on the medial collar. The Chuck 70 Hi comes with “Big Fish” screen print in Orange that provides sharp contrast from the rest of the shoe. The “SEA” graphic is a tribute to Staples’ signature brand and successful Beats 1 podcast, Section Eight Arthouse Broadcast System. The “SEA” of the Chuck 70s is 3D printed onto the heel with the “A” placed to cross with the heel stay and extending down onto the foxing tape. The Essentials hoodie comes with the “SEA” graphic centered on the back.
The Vince Staples x Converse Collaboration will drop on Saturday the 10th of February in our CPT & JHB store at 10am via first come first serve– followed by the online store at 1030am.
