WHAT ARE WE DELIVERING DURING LOCKDOWN?
 
Following the finalised trade regulations released by the Government on 30 April, we are eligible for delivery during Stage 4 and have to comply with the Government's trade regulations. Shelflife.co.za is only allowed to ship Winter Essentials.

HOW WILL DELIVERIES BE SAFE?
 
Our couriers have ensured us that they are following World Health Organisation guidelines, as well as the South African Department of Health directives, to build upon and uphold current health + safety measure for all customers:
 
1. Contactless delivery
2. Drivers will sanitise hands before & after delivery
3. No signature required
 
FAQs
 
Q: What if I place a order containing items that cannot ship during the LOCKDOWN LEVEL 4?
 
Orders placed containing any non-essential items will be safe with us until the South African Government has lifted the relevant trade restrictions of all retail product. Once we are allowed to start delivering all non-essential items again, we will email you tracking information once your order has dispatched from our warehouse.
 
Q: Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
 
All returns that weren’t collected before the lockdown will be scheduled for collection once the South African Government has lifted the relevant trade restrictions. If you received your item during the lockdown, you can book in your return here. This will hopefully be during level 3.
 
Q: How do I cancel an order that I placed during LOCKDOWN LEVEL 4/5?
 
You can cancel your order by getting in touch with us via our Contact Us form. Please provide your order number + reason for cancelling – it’s that simple!
Note: this only applies to orders placed during lockdown.
 
Q: Can I remove an item from an order I placed during LOCKDOWN LEVEL 5?
 
Unfortunately, due to regulations orders may not be changed once placed. You can contact us to cancel your order and refund you, after which you can place a new order with the correct items.
