Among the most popular Air Jordans that Michael Jordan never wore on court, was 2001’s introduction of the Air Jordan 11 Low. And it may be one of his most popular too. Providing all the premium feel and memorable detailing 18 years after its initial release, the Nike Air Jordan 11 Low in 'Blue Snakeskin' drops this Friday.
This month sees the Jordan 11's large mudguard trade in its normal shimmering patent leather construction for a luxuriously textured navy snakeskin material - a few shades darker than the OG release - that sits directly below of the crisp white midfoot and throat. A small swatch of black on the tongue provides contrast, and the look is then completed by a refreshing icy blue outsole and the AJ11’s classic carbon fibre plate.
The Nike Air Jordan 11 Low - 'Navy Snakeskin' drops Friday 19 April for the retail price R2799 at the JHB store via first come first serve at 9am. The online store will drop limited pairs at midnight, with pairs being available in store in Cape Town from Saturday 20 April.
