New Balance Made in USA - 990XG2
New Balance's made in the USA range offers up a gloriously old-school reproduction on the 990 silhouette. Classic mesh/suede construction and a shades of grey palette will make you want to dig out your old walkman (or buy a walkman off eBay if you were too young to have one) and go for a jog.
The New Balance 990XG2 is one of the latest colourways of the New Balance 990 which takes on a dark palette on the upper which combines black with hits of grey. The shoe is dominated by a black and grey suede upper with light grey mesh detailing on the toe, side panels, and ankle. White leather has then been placed on the tongue and heel for a touch of luxury. Finishing things off are a dark grey heel counter, tonal “N” branding on the side panels, and a Clean-White outsole.
The New Balance 990XG2 will be available at Shelflife CPT, JHB and online on Saturday the 3rd of February for the retail price of R2999.00
