Grailed Launch Heatwave Series

If you don’t know about Grailed, it’s best you familiarise yourself asap. Grailed is an online marketplace, similar to StockX, eBay and Gumtree, but differs in the fact that they only offer new or pre-owned designer or streetwear apparel and shoes. As the name suggests, the site is home to the rarest of the rare and should be your first stop when looking for any item you missed out on.

Grailed’s appeal isn’t only due to what people are selling off it though. The site is extremely intuitive and customisable, with size, brand, category and even hype-level filters at your disposal. While some items like Supreme may be more expensive than their retail price due to their rarity, designer wear like Yeezy apparel, Rick Owens and Raf Simons can be found for the low if you know where to look. That's not to mention all the archival pieces you can come across. The offer/counter-offer feature means prices are negotiable, with PayPal Protection allowing you to cop with no risk of scams or fakes. The site also recently launch its sister site, Heronie, a testament to the success of their first male site.

Grailed have launched their summer with their Heatwave giveaway. As they describe, it's,“a once in a lifetime event featuring once in a lifetime grails.” The competition will run for 8-weeks and sees the the online marketplace showcase popular brands like Supreme, Gosha Rubchinskiy, Bape, Off-White, and more. The first week for the Heatwave series starts this Thursday 28 June with the theme of Supreme Past & Present. Week 1 gives us the chance to win 1 of 10 iconic box logo tees from Supreme's history. This is an amazing opportunity with ultra-hyped bogos like the purple on black and Louis Vuitton collaboration up for grabs. While most of the upcoming themes for the upcoming weeks are still TBA, next week’s is hinted to be titled Football Meets Fashion, sure to include some adidas x Palace and Gosha.
