Richard Santana teamed up with graffiti artists GOLDEN, URBANRUBEN & INFCT to create a graffmapping mural that came to life at EDC in Las Vegas earlier this year. Graffmapping is based off projector mapping, as it is uses standard video projectors to display 2D and 3D images on real-world objects. Graffmapping developed from projector mapping as it combined the technology with the art of graffiti murals.
While the 'PLUR VIBES' piece may look like a mural at first, with the help of a team of projectors the installation came to life for all festival goers to enjoy and Instagram.
