Falko One 'Once Upon a Town' Graffiti Documentary
Recently Unstoppable got the chance to spend some time with Falko One, South Africa's world-renowned graffiti artist and good friend of Shelflife. The documentary sees Falko travel the country, painting the towns, small dorpies and informal settlements he travels to, all in the hope of bringing art to the people who need it most.

The documentary gives amazing insight into the complex dynamics Falko navigates when he enters these small towns and how he wins over the trust of the locals in order to give their home's a makeover. Falko is joined by photographer Luke Daniels, who is an integral part of Falko's process. He photographs the murals with the people, showing how the art affects the people and vice versa. The documentary sees the team travel to Riebeek Wes, Garies, King William’s Town, Mount Frere, Underberg, and lastly, the Kalahari. You get see all the lesser-known places in the country while also seeing Falko add his own touch to each.
