Duane Shoots Toys Recreates Bert & Ernie as Sneakerheads
We have highlighted Duane Shoots Toys before but his latest work definitely deserves to be shown off too. For those who don’t know, Duane is a toy maker and photographer, creating pop-culture inspired sets that combine the worlds of sneakers, celebrities and more with a crazy attention to detail. A quick look at his Instagram page will feature the likes 2Pac on the Iron Throne, Goku shopping at Flight Club, SpongeBob SquarePants playing GTA San Andreas and so many more pop-culture mashups. 
For his latest creation, Duane showed the world what it would look like if Bert and Ernie were in fact sneakerheads, and by the looks of it, hypebeasts too. In each of their hands is an extremely detailed miniature pair of the Yeezy 700 ‘Wave Runner’, Off-White Jordan 1s and Jeff Staple’s SB Dunk.
