Cape Town International Public Art Festival 2018

Introducing IPAF 2018 (Cape Town International Public Art Festival) IPAF is run by Baz Art which is a non - profit organization that is dedicated to harnessing the power of art for the benefit of the public. Baz Art  aims to provide international exposure and networking opportunities for local talent by grooming Cape Town as an international art destination.

For this years edition of the festival, the theme is a strong one which hits deep consciousness about the mishandling of nature "Nature doesn't need us, we need nature". When it comes to the issues pertaining to Global warming and its effects, caused primarily by the over consumerous nature of us humans, we are all quite aware. This time, it hits home with the current water crises in Cape Town.

The artist line up comprises of local and international artists, Anthea Missy (Belgium), Christina Navarette (Mexico), Care OneLove (South Africa), Damien Gillot (France), Jared Aufrichtig (South Africa), Julia Rio (Sweden), Kieth Vlahakis (South Africa), Linus Haertjens (Belgium), Lucas Aoki (Argentina), Mariana Palomino (Spain), Mars (South Africa), Page 33 (South Africa), ROA (Belgium), Ruben Carrasco (Canada), Salla Ikonen (Finland), Serge One (South Africa), Sonny (South Africa), South Africanist (South Africa), Spear (Belgium) and Zesta (South Africa)
