Introducing IPAF 2018 (Cape Town International Public Art Festival) IPAF is run by Baz Art which is a non - profit organization that is dedicated to harnessing the power of art for the benefit of the public. Baz Art aims to provide international exposure and networking opportunities for local talent by grooming Cape Town as an international art destination.
For this years edition of the festival, the theme is a strong one which hits deep consciousness about the mishandling of nature "Nature doesn't need us, we need nature".
