ASICS Gel-1090 V2 Collection
ASICS have been bringing back some of their best runners from the early-2000s thanks to Y2K-inspired trends that have been circling the internet. Now, we've been blessed with the second generation of the shoe, dubbed the ASICS Gel-1090 V2.
Re-engineered with a modern lens, the new ASICS Gel-1090 V2 is updated with suede overlays and heel loops on the back for a more contemporary look in Men's and Women's sizes.
Improvements include premium materials, with the v2 using luxe suede instead of the usual leather. Other changes include the middle lace loops not intersecting with the ASICS branding and the heel loop on the rear.
The ASICS Gel-1090 V2 Collection drops 30 July in CPT, JHB and online only. Online at 7am, stores from 10am. R1999 each.
